To ensure the best possible service; agreeing to the terms and conditions are necessary when using this website.

We aim to provide top quality boat covers and accessories through an honest and friendly service. We manufacture our products with pride.

All our covers and accessories are manufactured in Southampton UK.

We will deliver all UK mainland orders within 5-10 working days (Usually much quicker). If you have an urgent request, let us know and we will try to help. Overseas orders or one off made to measure covers may take longer. We will be happy to confirm delivery times in these circumstances.

Our online ordering system uses PayPal and Nochex which both offer safe and secure methods of payment so you can buy from virtually any place in the world as long as there is internet access.

Our aim is to answer e-mails within the same working day but during peak seasons we are engaged in making our top quality dinghy covers and accessories, please allow up to 3 working days for us to reply. If urgent please call us on 02380 348854 and we will meet your request ASAP.

All online prices are in Great British Pounds including V.A.T.

Statutory rights are not affected.

This website is designed to offer a straight forward, no catches, service to those viewing or purchasing. To this end, all dinghy cover prices include V.A.T and delivery to mainland U.K. Please contact us for delivery outside this area.

Information regarding this website’s functionality, use and possible improvement is always welcome.

This website and all its contents including images belong to Rain And Sun LTD and cannot be re-produced without our consent.

We try to keep popular covers in stock, for others we manufacture in house in Southampton which can take up to 10 days to produce. Please call for delivery confirmation. *Covers that are not standard and made to measurement form may take up to 3 weeks to produce in busy times.
 
For deliveries outside mainland UK please contact our sales staff or for specific information regarding your order please call us on 02380 348854. Please bear in mind that for overseas orders delivery timescales can be delayed whilst agreeing delivery costs and also as a result of carrier timescales.

 
"Most parcels are delivered by Fedex, a professional and well established secure carrier company. Each parcel has a unique traceable code, which is added into the carriers system when we process the parcel onto their system. We are then able to trace any parcel using the internet."
